My husband and I have been trying to buy a house for years. We had several realtors tell us we were not ready even just a couple of days before we reached out to Renae. Renae came in with intentions of making sure we got a house, in a certain time frame which was very short and we did. She was absolutely nothing short of amazing. Renae is amazing. The follow-up, follow-through and attentiveness she gave me during my house hunting process words can't describe and THANK YOU wouldn't be enough. I searched amongst 30+ homes and saw in-person 10+ and none of them were it. I told Renae what I wanted and within a day she found what now is my purchased home, called me from work and did a virtual showing. WHO DOES THAT???? Renae, that's who! I recently made a brave attempt to become a home owner against all my lack of understanding real estate, financing, closings and so many other details of such a big transaction that had provoked my many insecurities about homeownership before.
