She absolutely knows her stuff, was super easy to work with and hyper-responsive with providing us with information on properties before we even asked. We had reached out to tour a unit and before we arrived she had already found 2 others comparable in the building and arranged for us to see these units also. I recently made a brave attempt to become a home owner against all my lack of understanding real estate, financing, closings and so many other details of such a big transaction that had provoked my many insecurities about homeownership before. I just simply didn’t understand what I was getting into. Renae was very patient and gave me the education I needed to gain confidence In this important decision. She shared her knowledge and did not hesitate to point me in the direction of those who could advise me beyond her own expertise. I think the hardest part of stepping toward home ownership is finding the right home. My Dream Home is no easy task, but Renae was diligent about searching for the best fit. I am still searching for the most creative castle my budget can buy and have enjoyed and appreciate having Renae as my realtor to make my dream house come true.

My husband and I have been trying to buy a house for years. We had several realtors tell us we were not ready even just a couple of days before we reached out to Renae. Renae came in with intentions of making sure we got a house, in a certain time frame which was very short and we did. She was absolutely nothing short of amazing. Completely professional, communication skills were awesome, and she honestly worked for us sun up to sun down weekends and all. Renae gave us an unbelievable experience and put us in our dream home. We will forever be grateful and recommend anyone that has been in a slump or told “no you are not ready yet” to contact Renae because she will make it happen.

Renae is amazing. The follow-up, follow-through and attentiveness she gave me during my house hunting process words can't describe and THANK YOU wouldn't be enough. I searched amongst 30+ homes and saw in-person 10+ and none of them were it. I told Renae what I wanted and within a day she found what now is my purchased home, called me from work and did a virtual showing. WHO DOES THAT???? Renae, that's who! If you're needing a realtor that will break the buying process down in a way YOU can understand it, available after hours, and will go hard in the paint for your needs and get you the best realistic deal and give you the truth, call, email or visit her to get started.
